How much is shipping?

For orders placed in the continental United States, shipping charges are included in the price of BRIDJIT ramps. We do not ship orders outside the continental USA.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently, for orders placed in the lower 48 US states, we offer only one shipping option (free shipping).

Do you offer rush shipping?

Rush shipping may be available, but you must contact us to request it.

Also, please note that - due to the weight of our product - rush shipping charges can be significant.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders are processed and delivered in 1-2 weeks. However, holidays and other special circumstances can extend this estimate.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time will depend on demand and production. Most orders arrive in 1-2 weeks. Due to the weight of our product, your order is usually delivered by truck, which can effect shipping times as well.

Will you provide tracking information?

Yes. Please note that each section of your BRIDJIT curb ramps has a separate tracking number. We provide the tracking numbers for all sections, however, as each section is shipped separately (typically, all sections arrive at the same time).

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

No. Because we do not want to retain your credit card information, we charge your credit card as soon as your order is placed. If we are not able to fill your order, we will reverse the charge.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

No, we only ship to the lower 48 states in the US.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship to the lower 48 states in the US.

What happens if the ramp is damaged during shipping?

Because BRIDJIT curb ramps are made from recycled rubber, it's rare for them to be damaged during shipping. However, if you see that the boxes which contain the BRIDJIT ramp sections have been damaged, please inspect the ramps immediately. We can not replace ramps that are damaged during shipping if we are not notified ASAP.

How can I be sure the BRIDJIT ramp will fit my driveway?

What happens if BRIDJIT doesn’t fit my driveway?

If BRIDJIT doesn't fit your needs, you can return the ramp. See our Return Policy for details.

NOTE: If your BRIDJIT curb ramps don't fit the way you would like, please contact us. We have some tips and tricks for adjusting fit.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

If you can contact us before we process your order, we can change the address. Please call or email us right away, as order processing happens quickly. Any changes to your order may require an additional charge.

What if I never receive my order?

We have a tracking number on every order for exactly this reason. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please check your shipment status using the tracking number we have provided. If that doesn't clear things up, you can contact us.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

If you wish to return your purchase, we ask that you accept the shipment and then request a return. Refusing the delivery is not the proper way to request a return.

If a shipment is refused, your order will be refunded minus our restocking fee. An additional penalty may be assessed as well, as refused shipments require additional handling and expense. We reserve the right to charge consumers who refuse shipment a penalty for doing so.
