BRIDJIT Curb Video Contest Details

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Contest is only open to residents of the 50 United States. To enter, contestants must upload a video using the form at https://app.videopeel.com/c/hllpprjz and provide their name and valid email address. The video must show a vehicle driving across the curb entering or exiting their driveway from start to finish. The view of the vehicle must not be obscured. The contestant must upload a video that is their original work, and all participants in the video must be willing. Entrants agree to license rights to the uploaded video for marketing and advertising purposes to BRIDJIT Curb Ramps.

BRIDJIT Curb Ramps will determine if a video is a valid entry, and their decision is final and binding. Entries must be received by April 30, 2024. Winner(s) will be notified via email. Entrants must be over 18. Only 1 entry per vehicle will be accepted. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. The legal name, mailing address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to BRIDJIT Curb Ramps to enable fulfilment of the prize.​ If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to reply to the notification email within five business days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

BRIDJIT Curb Ramps will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. BRIDJIT Curb Ramps takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid, or for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and BRIDJIT Curb Ramps and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or household. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and log-ins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond BRIDJIT Curb Ramps reasonable control, BRIDJIT Curb Ramps reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The selection of the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and video entry may be posted on the social media profiles of BRIDJIT Curb Ramps after the winner has been selected.

BRIDJIT Curb Ramps employees, as well as employees of subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible participate in the contest. Void where prohibited by law.
