Can I return a BRIDJIT ramp?*
In a word, yes. However, before you return the product, we will try to work with you to address whatever problem(s) you may have. We do this because there are some simple solutions to common problems.
If we’re not able to address your concerns, we can provide you with a return authorization number. Please contact us if you would like to return your purchase and/or if you’re not completely satisfied.
*NOTE: If you place an order from outside the continental USA, returns may not be practical. Some or all of these return policies may not apply to orders from outside the continental United States.
Can I exchange a BRIDJIT ramp?
Generally speaking, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to discuss the specifics and perhaps make an exception if warranted. Just contact us.
How do I return or exchange my BRIDJIT ramp?
First, contact us to let us know you want to return the product. Then, pack the ramps back into their original packaging. We will provide a UPS return label, and once the return has been received, we will issue a refund minus our restocking fee.
What if the BRIDJIT ramp doesn’t fit my curb?
First, if you haven’t yet ordered BRIDJIT Curb Ramps, be sure to check our measurements page to verify that our ramps are a good fit for your curb.
Second, if you have ordered a set of ramps and they do not fit, please contact us. We can either help address your specific situation with possible solutions, or we can start the return process.
How long do I have to return or exchange my BRIDJIT ramp?
You have 30 days to return from the time you complete your order.
What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We stand behind our products and guarantee their effectiveness. If you’re not satisfied with the product, we want to hear from you. Please call or email us and let us know what’s going on.
Can I return/exchange my ramp for any reason?
Yes. However, if you’re having problems with fitment, please contact us. We have some good tricks for getting our ramp to work for curbs that aren’t a perfect fit.
Under what circumstances am I not allowed to return a BRIDJIT?
BRIDJIT ramps that have been damaged due to improper installation or use are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do I have to pay any restocking fees?
Yes. We charge a 25% restocking fee. The main reason we charge this fee is the high cost of shipping.
NOTE: If you place an order from outside the continental USA, the restocking fee may be higher, and/or it may not be possible to request a return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Provided you live in the continental USA, our 25% restocking fee includes the cost of return shipping. If you live outside the continental United States, you may be required to pay for return shipping.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
From the time we receive your return, it will take 5-10 business to process your return and issue your refund.
What if the BRIDJIT ramps are damaged?
If you receive BRIDJIT ramps that have been damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as you receive your order.
