BRIDJIT Curb Ramps YETI® Roadie® Cooler Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The BRIDJIT Curb Ramps YETI® Roadie® Cooler Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of BRIDJIT Curb Ramps, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. SPONSOR:

This Giveaway is sponsored by BRIDJIT Curb Ramps ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with YETI®.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:

The Giveaway begins on March 21, 2025, at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on April 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, participants must submit a video of their BRIDJIT Curb Ramps in use. Entries must be submitted through the designated entry method specified by the Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per vehicle.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be notified via email and announced on BRIDJIT Curb Ramps' official social media accounts. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZE:

The winner will receive one (1) YETI® Roadie® Cooler. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants grant Sponsor the right to use submitted videos for promotional purposes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical errors, or other issues that may affect entry or participation.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and YETI® from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

9. PRIVACY:

Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW:

This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflicts of law principles.
